Job summary

Ashley Kate HR & Finance is partnering with a global client to recruit a Talent & Development Advisor into their established Talent & HR team. Qualifications

• Previous experience within Learning & Development or Talent role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship building at all levels.
• Experience coordinating activities, events, projects or training programmes.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR/Learning Management Systems.
• Proactive approach and willingness to develop within Talent & Development.
• CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with annual training plans, budgets and development schedules.
• Coordinating training programmes, workshops and development initiatives with smooth delivery.
• Supporting rollout of leadership development programmes.
• Managing learning records, training schedules and development data.
• Liaising with external training providers for courses, bookings and logistics.
• Supporting group-wide learning and development programmes.
• Maintaining learning resources, intranet content and development communications.
• Producing reports, tracking participation and measuring learning activity effectiveness.
• Acting as first point of contact for learning and development queries from managers and employees.
• Providing administrative support for performance and talent review processes.
