Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Talent
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience coordinating activities, events, projects or training programmes
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; HR/LMS where applicable)
• CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual training plans, budgets and development schedules
• Coordinate training programmes, workshops and development initiatives
• Support rollout of leadership development programmes
• Manage learning records, training schedules and data
• Liaise with external training providers for courses and logistics
• Support and rollout of group-wide learning and development programmes
• Maintain learning resources and intranet content
• Produce reports, track participation and measure effectiveness
• Act as first point of contact for learning and development queries
• Provide administrative support for performance and talent review processes
