The Talent World is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to design, deliver and coordinate learning across the Group. You will work with the Talent Development Manager to create practical learning solutions that build capability and support business priorities.

This role covers training design, delivery, operational support, and early careers initiatives. You will manage the LMS, coordinate events, and promote opportunities to boost learner engagement while partnering with external

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training and learning content.
• Experience using a Learning Management System.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple areas and tailor learning.
• Good prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding how learning supports day-to-day business needs (desirable).
• Experience coordinating apprenticeships or early careers (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and continuous improvement of group learning.
• Design, deliver and evaluate sessions including inductions and mandatory training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to shape blended learning solutions.
• Support apprenticeship and early careers activity and provider liaison.
• Provide flexible support for site-based and business-wide learning delivery.
• Manage the Learning Management System, records and reporting.
• Coordinate learning events, bookings, materials and attendance.
• Promote learning opportunities and drive engagement across the organisation.
• Support relationships with external training providers.
