Job summary

Goldman Sachs in London is seeking a Talent Development Associate to design, manage and deliver high-impact development programming that helps employees grow skills, leadership capabilities and performance across the firm.

This role partners with the Talent function, HCM leadership, divisional stakeholders and external vendors to translate priorities into practical learning experiences, while managing end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–6 years of experience in talent development or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Comfort operating with leaders and sensitive/high-visibility interactions.
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage firmwide development experiences aligned to priorities.
• Translate priorities into clear program objectives, journeys and guides.
• Develop strategy materials, briefs, and session objectives.
• Partner with Talent, leaders and vendors to shape content.
• Refine programming based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including logistics and stakeholder updates.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers.
