Goldman Sachs is seeking a Talent Development Associate within Human Capital Management in London. The role designs, manages and delivers high-impact development programs to build skills, leadership, and career growth across the firm.

You will partner with Talent, HCM leadership, divisional stakeholders, external vendors, and participants to translate priorities into practical learning experiences and drive program execution while maintaining strong communications and governance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–6 years in talent development, leadership development, learning, or a related field.
• Strong project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Professionalism and discretion for high-visibility interactions.
• Ability to turn feedback and data into actionable insights and actions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work across strategy, content, logistics and communications.
• Structured, rigorous program management for multi-workstream initiatives.
• Clear, practical learning materials, session objectives, agendas, toolkits, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support design and evolution of firmwide development experiences to build skills and leadership.
• Translate priorities and feedback into clear program objectives and learning journeys.
• Develop strategy materials, speaker briefs, session objectives, and manager toolkits.
• Collaborate with Talent, leaders, alumni and external partners to shape relevant content.
• Refine programs based on surveys, feedback, and business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end execution of development programs including sessions and follow-up.
• Create detailed project plans, trackers, rosters and schedules across workstreams.
• Coordinate logistics across regions including travel, venues, and materials.
• Prepare briefings, updates and stakeholder communications as needed.
• Anticipate risks and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and next steps.
• Draft communications for participants, managers and leaders with polish and clarity.
• Support leader and external speaker engagement and briefing preparation.
• Maintain program records, data sources and impact trackers for future cohorts.
• Use prior cohort insights to strengthen program design and outcomes.
