Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Talent Development Manager to drive and evolve the firm’s learning and leadership development initiatives. You will translate business needs into practical development solutions, collaborate across HR and business partners, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role blends strategic design with hands-on execution, supporting the Talent Management & Development agenda during periods of growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning, leadership development or organisational development initiatives.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning technologies, platforms and LMS administration.
• Strong programme and project management capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and embed the Talent Development strategy with the Head of Talent Management & Development.
• Design and continuously improve talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Translate business priorities into practical development solutions and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Lead governance, project plans, timelines and risk management for programmes.
• Coordinate vendors and external partners; monitor performance and delivery standards.
