Job summary

Berg Kaprow Lewis LLP is seeking a Talent & Development Assistant Manager to blend learning design with Early Careers responsibilities. The role is based in London with hybrid working, requiring three days in the office and travel between London offices.

You will design and deliver learning that builds capability and supports trainees through qualification. You'll partner with trainees, managers and colleagues to identify development needs, build learning journeys, and contribute to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering workplace learning.
• Experience managing Early Careers, trainee or graduate programmes.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes across the firm (40%).
• Manage Early Careers, onboarding and qualification milestones (40%).
• Lead wider Talent & Development projects (20%).
• Collaborate with managers to identify development needs and create practical solutions.
• Use data to evaluate learning programmes and drive improvement.
