Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Early Career Program Manager in London to lead the next generation of talent through structured rotations, coaching, and career development. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR teams to design meaningful opportunities and ensure successful placement outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, learning and development, recruiting, human resources, program management, or a related field.
Experience coaching and developing early-career talent through internship or rotational programs.
Strong collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to shape development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Direct manager for associates in Capital’s Early Career programs, providing coaching and feedback.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HRBPs and leaders to design rotation opportunities.
Oversee performance and placement outcomes and support program design and continuous improvement.
