The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with HR systems like Workday, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling visualizations.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
  • Great organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Turn data into meaningful insights to shape talent decisions.
  • Analyze talent data to uncover trends and opportunities for strategic planning.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for leaders to understand workforce trends.
  • Support talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and learning and development through data-driven insights.
  • Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality across global programs.
