Amcor is seeking a Talent Data & Programs Specialist to transform people data into actionable insights and to drive global talent initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, turn data into strategic recommendations, and contribute to program delivery across regions.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with HR systems like Workday, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling visualizations.
Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
Great organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data confidentiality.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Turn data into meaningful insights to shape talent decisions.
Analyze talent data to uncover trends and opportunities for strategic planning.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for leaders to understand workforce trends.
Support talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and learning and development through data-driven insights.
Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency.
Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality across global programs.
