Qualifications

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling visualizations.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
  • Great organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English.

As our Talent Data & Programs Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping shape talent decisions across our global organization. You'll transform people data into meaningful insights while also supporting the delivery of exciting global talent programs that help our people grow, thrive, and succeed.

Key Job Accountabilities
Turn data into meaningful insights
  • Analyze talent data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic talent decisions.
  • Create engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI that help leaders understand workforce trends and talent outcomes.
  • Support key talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement through data-driven insights.
  • Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously look for smarter ways to improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
Help bring global talent programs to life
  • Support the Director Global Talent Programs with coordination and delivery of global talent initiatives.
  • Manage program communications, materials, SharePoint sites, and logistics to create a smooth participant experience.
  • Collaborate with regional Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness to help continuously improve our talent offerings.
Collaborate across a global HR community
  • Work closely with HRIS, Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and Learning teams across multiple regions.
  • Translate data into clear, practical recommendations that support leaders in making informed people decisions.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and responsible handling of employee information.
Qualifications/Requirements

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and loves working with both people and data.

You likely bring:

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
