Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Talent Consultant to help shape talent and succession management, coordinate priorities and drive inclusive development across the organisation. The role focuses on data-led activity, internal mobility and strong stakeholder engagement to support leadership hiring and career growth.

You’ll collaborate with People and the Executive Resourcing team to deliver career development interventions and ensure sound processes. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People or Talent with an understanding of talent management and internal mobility.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support the delivery and continuous improvement of inclusive talent management activity, coordinating priorities, milestones, actions and risks.
• You’ll use talent data and insights to identify themes and inform decisions, while designing career development propositions.
• You’ll collaborate with the Executive Resourcing team to coordinate recruitment and senior hiring activity.
• You’ll engage stakeholders with clear, practical communication and adapt to new systems and ways of working.
