Job summary

IAG Loyalty is seeking a Talent & Capability Advisor to design and deliver engaging development experiences across both the Loyalty and Holidays divisions. You will own the Inspiring Induction journey, coordinating schedules, records and communications while contributing to broader talent initiatives.

The role blends hands-on delivery with content design, learning technology usage and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in learning and development, learning administration, induction or similar role.
Experience coordinating learning activity: scheduling, enrolment, communications, records and reporting.
Experience delivering learning sessions face-to-face, virtually or digitally.
Experience designing learning content, programmes or resources.
Strong organisation and attention to detail with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own the Inspiring Induction experience from pre-boarding through induction and early engagement.
Coordinate learning and talent activity: scheduling, enrolment, learner communications, records and reporting.
Ensure mandatory learning is accurate, up-to-date and compliant; monitor participation.
Design and develop learning programmes and resources; deliver agreed initiatives.
Deliver engaging learning sessions across in-person, virtual and digital environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into engaging experiences.
Use learner feedback and data to identify improvements and opportunities.
Work with Talent & Capability, People, Communications and Compliance to keep learning aligned to culture.
