Job summary

IAG Loyalty is seeking a Talent & Capability Advisor to shape and deliver engaging learning experiences across our Loyalty and Holidays divisions. You’ll own the Inspiring Induction journey from pre-boarding to early engagement, while contributing to broader talent initiatives.

You will coordinate learning activity, design content, and deliver sessions across in-person, virtual and digital formats, working with stakeholders to keep learning aligned with our culture and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or similar people-focused roles.
• Experience coordinating learning activity including scheduling, enrolment, communications, records and reporting.
• Experience delivering learning sessions face-to-face, virtually or digitally.
• Experience contributing to design of learning content and resources.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination, day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of the Inspiring Induction experience from pre-boarding through induction and early engagement.
• Coordinate learning activity including scheduling, enrolment, learner communications, learning records, reporting and feedback.
• Help ensure mandatory learning remains accurate, up to date and compliant; monitor participation and follow up as needed.
• Contribute to design and development of learning programmes and resources; deliver agreed initiatives.
• Deliver engaging learning sessions across face-to-face, virtual and digital environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into practical learning experiences.
• Use learner feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve learning experiences.
• Work with Talent & Capability, People, Communications and Compliance to ensure relevance and alignment to culture and business needs.
• Explore how learning tech, digital content, AI and automation can enhance learning experiences.
