Job summary

Lorien is partnering with a National Institution to hire a Talent Attraction Consultant who will shape how talent is attracted, engaged and converted. This role goes beyond filling roles, focusing on strategy, EVP, and influencer partnerships to build sustainable pipelines.

The successful candidate will lead employer brand campaigns, optimise recruitment marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with workforce plans and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing
• Experience managing recruitment marketing or attraction agencies
• Strong understanding of digital attraction channels and campaign optimisation
• Confidence using recruitment analytics to improve outcomes
• Experience developing an Employee Value Proposition
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms and talent communities
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A commercially aware, analytical, curious and innovative mindset

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities
• Championing the Employer Value Proposition across all attraction activity
• Creating employer brand campaigns and attraction content that lands
• Managing relationships with external attraction agencies and recruitment marketing partners
• Analysing labour market trends, campaign performance and recruitment data to drive insight-led decisions
• Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues
• Championing inclusive attraction strategies and a best-in-class candidate experience
• Continuously innovating attraction approaches based on market insight
