Responsible for all Recruitment and Talent Development across the business in a standalone role.

Description
  • Reporting into the Head of HR.
  • Responsible for day-to-day recruitment across the business.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Managing graduate programs.
  • Focusing on employee development and career pathways.
  • Reviewing and implementing recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Delivering recruitment and talent workshops.
  • Developing and implementing EVP.
Profile
  • Can be site-based in Castleford.
  • Currently works in a standalone role responsible for Recruitment and Talent Development.
  • Stakeholder management to establish and plan for recruitment requirements and talent gaps.
  • Full recruitment process from briefing, advising, managing the process, advertising, CV sifting, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Building talent pools.
  • Experience with apprenticeships and graduate programs.
  • Reviewing and developing recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
  • Developing and promoting EVP.
Job Offer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000.

Site-based in Castleford with travel as required.
