We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process on a global scale, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our company's goals and values. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of global hiring practices, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates globally.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, providing timely feedback, and creating a smooth interview process.
  • Stay up-to-date with global recruitment trends, employment laws, and best practices. Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of different regions and markets.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Promote the company's brand and values to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles and levels, including technical and non-technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $72,000 - $80,000 for candidates in the US, €50,000 - €55,000 for candidates in the Netherlands and £38,000 - £43,000 for candidates in the UK. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
