Job description

Role: Talent Acquisition/Talent Advisor

Location: Old Street London

Duration: until end of 2025

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience, in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, Human Resources or related roles either MSP, internal or agency.

• Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS), preferably Beeline.

• Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage documentation and data.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal , and customer service skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

• Experience managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in an organized manner.
