Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Contact Centre Agent (fixed-term) at Forest House. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings and enquiries while promoting products and services.

Training is provided at Forest House, with a comprehensive programme over two weeks, followed by a transition to a hybrid working model. The role offers full-time training hours (9:00am–5:30pm, Mon–Fri) and then blends contracted hours at Forest House for the remainder of the term, with weekends and

Contact Centre Agent (fixed-term)

Forest House |£12.87 per hour

If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service, this could be the role for you.As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective guests – setting the tone for their entire experience with us. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, handling incoming calls for bookings and enquiries, and promoting our products and services through effective up‑selling.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound calls and responding to guest enquiries
• Building rapport and delivering a warm, professional level of service

Training and Working Arrangements

Successful candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive training programme at our Forest House in New OllertonTraining Duration: 2 weeksTraining Hours: Full-time, 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to FridayFollowing completion of the training programme, you will revert to your contracted hours and continue working at Forest House for a further 10 weeks, or until you have reached a satisfactory level of competence on our systems.Once you are confident and competent, you will transition to a hybrid working model, in line with your contracted hours.

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 12th March 2027

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available but it is a requirement for all working hours to be spread across 5 days per week. The following working hours are available:40 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week30 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week20 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week25 hours per week, spread across 5 days per weekWhilst your hours of work will be fixed between the hours of 8.30am and 7:00pm, your days of work will be allocated on a flexible basis, which means that your days of work will vary each week. Your working hours will include some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

About you

• Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer service role
• A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Confident handling a wide range of customer interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work effectively when under pressure
• PC literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills
• Webchat experience is desirable but not essential
