The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT & Fintech landscape, excellent networking skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a diverse workforce both nationally and internationally and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for IT & Fintech roles.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  3. Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics; provide guidance on interviewing and evaluation.
  4. Employer Branding: Promote ACE Money Transfer as an employer of choice in the IT and Fintech sectors, highlighting company values and growth opportunities.
  5. Applicant Tracking: Use ATS and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  6. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  7. Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and negotiate job offers.
  8. Performance Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to improve sourcing strategies.
  9. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity in recruitment by sourcing a wide range of candidates.
  10. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to address talent acquisition challenges.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven recruitment experience of 2-3 years, especially in IT recruitment, with a track record of onboarding top candidates efficiently.
  3. Technical proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS.
  4. Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and close candidates effectively.
  5. Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies.
  6. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate a dynamic hiring landscape.
