About the Role

You will support and enhance our locum platform, build talent pools, manage locum requirements, communicate with locums, and ensure compliance. You'll innovate ways of working and contribute to our growth.

You will collaborate with practice partners and area managers to understand future needs, embed the locum platform, build engagement, optimize reporting, and develop a simplified locum strategy.

  • Lead the evolution of the Locum Hub platform, aligning with Hakim Group’s goals.
  • Analyze success metrics to improve platform performance and engagement.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop new features and workflows.
  • Attract quality locums to build a talent pool.
  • Manage communication with locums to foster engagement and support employment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance in a paperless environment.
  • Build a community of professionals for better placements and partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a confident recruitment professional, innovative, and capable of building relationships at all levels. You have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, balancing daily tasks with strategic growth initiatives.
