Skills & Experience

• Ideally 5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in a corporate setting or in a freelance capacity.
• A strong passion for learning & development and career coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Presentation skills are an asset.
• A self-motivated, driven individual and a lifelong learner who grows and thrives independently.
• Enjoys working with individuals to identify needs and inspire solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
• Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms, with training and support provided
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques
• Conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
• Support onboarding processes and assist in the success goals and development of your team
