A leading company in the recruitment sector seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-volume recruitment across various teams including Legal, HR, and Commercial. This role involves managing the recruitment process globally and contributing to the development of the recruitment function. Candidates should have robust experience in commercial recruitment, preferably in a high-volume context, and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers in our Commercial, Legal, HR and Purchasing teams and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process.
We’re looking for a recruiter that has experience of high-volume recruitment. We are a fast-growing company and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high. You will be working on hires globally, but mostly for our offices in London, Malta, Florida, Columbus and NYC.
There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in projects as we develop the recruitment function within our growing and evolving business.
