How you'll make a difference
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in the design and delivery of forward-thinking talent initiatives to help shape our future ready workforce.
You role will predominantly partner with our Branch Network and Contact Centre ensuring managers are supported with clear, consistent and inclusive approaches to recruitment. This role will be pivotal in creating awareness and advocacy, implementing effective sourcing strategies, driving targeted data driven campaigns and implementing a robust, best practise selection process - whilst continuing to drive market leading candidate experience.
This is about driving value beyond hiring, actively participating in Talent Acquisition related projects which connect across the broader People team.
What will you bring to the role?
- Credible, experienced TA (Talent Acquisition) Specialist with experience of having worked on internal volume/repeat roles in a Customer Service discipline is essential.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills: can build positive, effective relationships with hiring managers internal colleagues and external candidates and can challenge and influence and senior stakeholders / external third parties.
- Problem solving skills: can effectively respond to internal and external pressures and a constantly changing world of work and implements viable solutions at pace.
- Expert knowledge and experience of talent attraction and selection tools. Has an ability to know what good looks like and can implement robust, inclusive processes.
- Data driven decisions: can download data, analyse and interpret results and communicate findings.
- Highly organised and activity orientated with an ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities with high attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset: can adapt to change, identify and implement small to medium sized change to improve candidate/customer experience.
- A strong ability to understand and comply with regulation and or employment legislation.
