WebBeds is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and will be responsible for attracting diverse talent. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, improving processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent from around the world. In this pivotal role, you will work across multiple business units and geographies, bringing a proactive and strategic mindset to every stage of the hiring process, from identifying future hiring needs to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and a brand ambassador to external candidates. Your focus will be to attract and hire diverse, high-quality talent across various departments while continuously improving our recruitment processes.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from building job profiles and sourcing strategies to coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, and overseeing smooth onboarding transitions. You will also play a key role in talent-related campaigns and events that promote WebBeds as an employer of choice.
WebBeds is a global digital travel marketplace for the travel trade, an intermediary connecting hotels and other travel service suppliers to a distribution network of travel buyers all over the world. We connect hotels looking to fill rooms with buyers trying to find rooms. In short, we source bookable content, integrate, aggregate and merchandise that content in our platform, then distribute it to a global network of travel trade buyers, who sell to the travelling public.
