Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for a 10-month FTC, hybrid role based in the Cannock area. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and senior roles within the treatment business unit, working with stakeholders to plan hiring and delivering bi-weekly vacancy reports.

You will lead a team of two advisors, host regular recruitment meetings, and drive inclusive hiring while improving candidate experience and partnering with contingent labour providers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for senior or technical vacancies in agency or in-house settings.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, middle management and senior roles across the treatment business unit.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and action upcoming recruitment.
• Create bi-weekly reports to stakeholders on current vacancies.
• Lead a small team of two talent acquisition advisors to meet KPIs.
• Host recruitment meetings with critical areas across the business unit.
• Support inclusive hiring and improve candidate experience; manage contingency labour relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end to end recruitment for technical, middle management and senior roles across our treatment business unit
• Work closely with key business unit stakeholders to ensure upcoming recruitment is planned and actioned
• Create bi-weekly reports to key stakeholders on current advertised vacancies
• Managing a team of two talent acquisition advisors ensuring key KPIs are being met
• Regularly hosting recruitment meetings with critical areas across the business unit
• Proactively support the talent acquisition strategy, including inclusive hiring, improving candidate experience and supporting the relationship with our contingent labour provider
• Have a focused and pro-active approach on long term vacant positions

What we're looking for:

• Experience working on senior or technical vacancies within an agency or internal environment
• Experience managing a small high team to a high performing level
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners
• Previous experience headhunting, using platforms such as CV Library, Indeed & Linkedin Recruiter
