We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Department.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to attract and hire the best candidates.

The Role

• Manage our ATS, evaluate job adverts, offers, and contracts.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective candidate attraction strategies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Hiring Managers, monitoring emails to respond to queries.
• Ensure compliance with Home Office and Virgin Active policies regarding Right to Work.
• Provide insights on the current candidate market.
• Deliver engaging recruitment training across Virgin Active.
• Establish efficient recruitment processes aimed at reducing time-to-hire.

Experience

• Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of various ATS platforms, with eArcu being desirable.
