The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with stakeholders to attract and hire the best candidates.

The Role
  • Managing our ATS, evaluating job adverts, offers, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective candidate attraction strategies.
  • Being the first point of contact for Hiring Managers and monitoring the inbox for queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with Home Office and Virgin Active policies regarding Right to Work.
  • Providing insights on the current candidate market.
  • Delivering engaging recruitment training across Virgin Active.
  • Streamlining recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire.
Experience
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
  • Knowledge of various ATS systems, preferably eArcu.
