Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, plus Company Bonus and Benefits

Reports to: Parico Senior Leadership Team

The Role:

Parico are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Permanent and Associate recruitment capability. You will be responsible for helping us find unique ways to identify and entice talented, in-demand candidates in the Defence, National Security and wider Public Sector sector to join our business to further drive our growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have full autonomy and support from our Leadership Team in developing and implementing a recruitment capability that supports our business goals and growth objectives as a technology focused business.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Owning all hiring outcomes and results, aligned to business priorities with a focus on bringing in top individuals who are aligned to our culture, values and passion for high quality technology solutions.
  • Managing internal ATS platform.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate and recruitment database.
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent.
  • Coordinating interviews aligning with Hiring Manager availability.
  • Negotiating candidate offers.
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with talented people and guide them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Helping to build and continually innovate our hiring processes to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and scalability whilst providing a superior candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with external head-hunters and staffing agencies to bring in the right talent, in a timely manner.
  • Onboard new staff by introducing them to the company and guiding them through the processes/systems.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and sell the organization culture and business initiatives to candidates.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You're an experienced recruiter with a track record of success across agency and internal recruitment.
  • Strong background of technical recruitment, although you will be managing both technical & non-technical roles based on business requirements.
  • Previous experience working within a high growth SAAS environment or start-up.
  • You go beyond just sourcing and managing the interview process, looking at the bigger picture instead – using innovative techniques to find those hidden gems.
  • You're an adaptable self-starter – someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and doesn’t sit around waiting for answers to come to them.
  • You're comfortable dealing with a fast pace, growing environment.
  • You're a problem solver, you are constantly driven to find innovative solutions and explore new approaches. Your determination and creativity enable you to overcome challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
  • You're an effective influencer who is comfortable speaking with people at any level and you understand how to adapt your approach to your audience.
  • Passionate about developing people in their careers to achieve their potential - especially coaching and mentoring people within their first few months at Parico.
  • Have a clear understanding of the whole careers process - attraction, recruitment and onward development.
  • You hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Sole UK nationality and eligibility obtain UK security clearance.
