My client is a large insurance organisation who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bromsgrove.

Job Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
• Participating in HR projects as required.
• 30% of this role will be HR Administration

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can commute to Bromsgrove three times per week
