Job summary

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support its central team and a portfolio of schools. The role covers the full recruitment cycle from attracting candidates to placement and ongoing relationship management, with an initial period based at Bents Green School.

Enhanced DBS and eligibility to work in the UK are required; visa sponsorship is not available. You will contribute to workforce planning, rostering, and HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment portfolio across the full cycle, from candidate attraction and vetting to placement
• Maintain ongoing relationships with schools and partner organisations
• Ensure safeguarding compliance in recruitment
• Meet agreed KPIs
• Contribute to the commercial growth of the Nexus Bank model
• Coordinate temporary workforce rostering
• Support workforce planning
• Provide recruitment and HR administration across the employee lifecycle
