Job summary

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Central Trust Team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across our schools, from candidate attraction and vetting to placement and relationship management with partner organisations.

Based initially at Bents Green School, you will coordinate temporary workforce rostering, support workforce planning and provide HR administration across the employee lifecycle to ensure sustainable staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment across multiple schools or entities.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with schools and partners.
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and compliance requirements.

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment cycle from attraction to placement and onboarding.
