Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and professional leadership of business services across a group of schools.
• Advise and support Headteachers, School Resource Managers and the central team on all aspects of business services.
• Lead consistent processes and high standards across schools.
• Coach and develop school-based teams to build capacity and resilience.
• Provide hands-on operational support during transitions, absences or demand spikes.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of business services across the Trust.
