Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Central Trust Team. You will manage a diverse portfolio, handling the full recruitment cycle from candidate attraction and vetting through placement and ongoing relationship management with schools.

You will work to ensure safeguarding compliance, meet KPIs, and support commercial growth of the Nexus Bank model, with an initial period based at Bents Green School. A collaborative HR team will support you.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple schools or entities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safeguarding compliance and recruitment administration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle from attraction to placement and onboarding.
• Coordinate temporary staffing and workforce planning with school sites.
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and KPI achievement across the portfolio.
• Provide recruitment and HR admin support across the employee lifecycle.
