Job summary

Gemini AMPM Ltd. in Burgess Hill is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition and People Operations specialist to run end-to-end recruitment for two growing trading companies. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, office-based five days a week.

You will manage direct sourcing for engineers across fire detection systems, write precise trade adverts, and oversee onboarding, contracts, and GDPR-compliant records. The position emphasizes on-site work and a strong sourcing focus.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles and technical trades.
• Ability to write precise, trade-specific job adverts and manage listings across multiple platforms.
• Experience with onboarding, contracts, DBS checks where required, and GDPR-compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for hires across two trading companies.
• Source apprentices through FE colleges and National Apprenticeship Service.
• Represent the companies at careers fairs and college open days.
• Administer onboarding, from offer letters to contract completion and onboarding records.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening and drafting.
