Each of the companies have their own unique proposition, supported by the Asset Protection Group to deliver its services to the commercial sector.

Are you in agency recruitment looking for an in-house role or looking to take your in-house experience to set up a new function where you can really make your mark?

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to build and shape our talent acquisition strategy, working closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract the very best people into the business.

If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships and delivering successful hires, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Negotiating terms and ensuring agencies deliver value and quality candidates.
  • Managing job board activity, advertising campaigns and candidate attraction strategies.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insight.
  • Developing recruitment processes and helping establish a best-in-class talent function.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics, agency spend and sourcing effectiveness.

  • A proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, construction, facilities management or Fire & Security sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to build and shape a brand-new Talent function.
  • High-profile role with genuine influence on business growth.
  • Autonomy to develop recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Growing, successful Fire & Security business with ambitious plans.
