In this role, you'll work with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Your scope includes the complete talent acquisition process. What the job involves

• Full cycle recruitment for senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations, especially CY and UK
• Working independently with a high level of autonomy
• Helping Wheely shape a transparent and efficient recruitment process
• Participating in marketing and PR activities to enhance the HR brand
• Starting as an individual contributor with potential to grow your team

Requirements

• 4+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech company
• Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly valued
• Profound knowledge of modern sourcing technologies
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
• Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
• Good understanding of the CY and European talent markets
• Fluent in English
