Swansway Group is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner at our Head Office in Crewe to own recruitment across the Group. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring for our dealerships and business functions, build strong stakeholder relationships and shape talent strategy.

As a trusted partner to leaders, you’ll advise on market trends, craft compelling job adverts and lead proactive sourcing. Travel to sites will be required, fully expensed, supporting our family-owned business growth.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience.
• Full UK driving licence as there will be travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple dealerships and functions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market trends.
• Create engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns.
• Source talent proactively via job boards, LinkedIn and networking.
• Manage candidate experience from application to offer.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
