Swansway Group is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner at our Head Office in Crewe to own recruitment across the Group. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring for our dealerships and business functions, build strong stakeholder relationships and shape talent strategy.

As a trusted partner to leaders, you’ll advise on market trends, craft compelling job adverts and lead proactive sourcing. Travel to sites will be required, fully expensed, supporting our family-owned business growth.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering a first-class candidate experience.
• Full UK driving licence as there will be travel to sites.

We're looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at our Head Office in Crewe where you will take ownership of recruitment across the Group. From Sales Executives and Service Advisors to Technicians, Managers and support functions, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the motor industry.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple dealerships and business functions
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the Group
