Job summary

Wynnstay Group Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment and pre-boarding for a varied portfolio of business areas. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, guide prioritisation, and drive proactive sourcing to ensure Day 1 readiness.

You will liaise with the People & Culture team to deliver a responsive, compliant in-house service, reduce agency reliance, and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications

• Proven in-house TA or senior recruitment experience managing a varied portfolio.
• Experience with offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities to start date.
• Ability to design and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business areas.
• Advise hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and Day 1 readiness.
• Manage recruitment activity within budgets and monitor costs.
