Pentland Brands is seeking a highly organised Talent Advisor to join our HR team in London. This part-time, four-day-a-week onsite role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to support growth across our portfolio of brands.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience and provide essential administrative support through the end-to-end process. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and collaborate with external agencies to

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Utilise data and insights to inform hiring decisions and optimise recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and search partners, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
• Work closely with the broader HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall people strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate assessment.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
• Act as an ambassador for Pentland Brands, promoting the company's values, culture, and EVP throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, careers site content, and talent marketing activities.
