Pentland Brands seeks a highly organized Talent Advisor to join our UK HR team for a part-time, four-day-a-week onsite role in Camden Town. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines and collaborate with managers to ensure a great candidate experience.

You’ll work with agencies, use data to optimize processes, and promote our EVP, helping shape the future of our brands with integrity and energy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a creative or fashion industry.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Utilise data to inform hiring decisions and optimise recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to ensure quality service delivery.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate assessment.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience with timely communication.
• Promote Pentland Brands' values and EVP throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding across social media and careers content.
