Pinnacle Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will source candidates, build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver a positive recruitment experience while shaping a data-driven Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within an in-house or Talent Acquisition environment.
• Sourcing, candidate attraction and building talent pipelines.
• Confident stakeholder manager with influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent.
• Create engaging recruitment campaigns, source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers and onboarding to deliver a seamless recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights, hiring advice and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism and an inclusive approach.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding activity, recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and insights to help drive service excellence and informed decision-making.
