Job summary

CVUK Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across fashion, beauty and direct-to-consumer brands from our Chalk Farm office with hybrid working.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source and screen talent, coordinate interviews and support offers, while delivering tailored recruitment solutions for a growing portfolio of global brands.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or head office-based roles is beneficial.
• Interest in fashion, beauty and direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

You will work across multiple assignments, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and support clients throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience within a retail or head office-based role would be beneficial
