Zusammenfassung

AiCore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end-to-end hiring engine for our delivery team, scaling 4–6 hires per month. You’ll source, screen, close and report on the funnel, partnering with management to raise hiring quality while driving rapid growth in AI consultants and AI Transformation Managers.

You’ll work with the founders, own the recruitment playbook, and build a scalable function in a remote-first UK environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting with high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting both graduates and experienced hires, ideally in consultancy.
• Proven sourcing ability and a busy pipeline management.
• Strong closing skills and ability to win offers against competition.
• Experience designing screens or assessments and calibrating interviewers.
• Data-driven with ability to track conversions and improve processes.
• Highly organised with capacity to manage many candidates at once.
• Comfortable with technical detail to screen AI/tech work.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle hiring for AI consultants and AI Transformation Managers.
• Maintain top of funnel through outreach channels, university links and referrals.
• Conduct first-stage screens and progress candidates to technical interviews.
• Design screening questions and assessments to predict success.
• Sell AiCore to strong candidates and close offers against competing offers.
• Set up and run the applicant tracking system and report funnel metrics.
• Track time-to-fill, conversion, withdrawals; fix issues from data.
• Provide a fast, professional candidate experience reflecting well on AiCore.
