Superior Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead head office recruitment on a part‑time basis, based in Whitstable. You will drive strategy, build pipelines, and coach managers to ensure inclusive, compliant hiring practices.

You will partner with leaders and marketing to attract top talent, while improving candidate experience and workforce planning for future needs. Office‑based role, 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and partnering with internal stakeholders/hiring managers.
• Experience delivering recruitment training to managers.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy aligned with organisation growth.
• Partner with leaders and marketing to attract talent and strengthen employer brand.
• Lead head office recruitment from vacancy to offer and onboarding.
• Design and deliver training to hiring managers on selection and interviewing skills.
• Analyse recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
