Job summary

HRS Healthcare is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead head office recruitment three days a week in Whitstable. The role focuses on developing proactive resourcing strategies, strengthening employer branding, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will partner with leaders and the Marketing team to attract top talent, coach hiring managers, and provide training in interviewing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing recruitment strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering recruitment training.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• CIPD Level 5 or HR qualification desirable.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

• Employer Brand & Attraction – collaborating with the Marketing Team to be a candidate’s employer of choice
• Recruitment & Selection – lead head office recruitment, from vacancy to offer
• Recruitment Capability & Manager Development – design and deliver training to support hiring managers in selection and interviewing skills
• Reporting – analyse recruitment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner – 3 days a week, office based

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads Head Office recruitment, partnering with Leaders and the Marketing team to attract exceptional talent, strengthen employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. The role will develop proactive resourcing strategies, build talent pipelines for business-critical roles and support workforce planning to meet future organisational needs. As the organisation's recruitment expert, the Talent Acquisition Partner will coach managers to deliver inclusive, effective and legally compliant recruitment and selection practices.

• Our client will offer you a salary of £27,000 (3 days)
• Office based in Whitstable for the 3 days (9am – 5pm)
• 25 days AL plus the bank holiday and a day off on your birthday (pro rata)
