Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract until 4 September 2028. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for directorates, build strong stakeholder relationships, and design attraction strategies across channels to attract top talent.

You will work in a hybrid model, attending the Birmingham office regularly and coordinating with third-party suppliers to deliver successful campaigns and value to the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to handle a large portfolio of vacancies at multiple seniority levels.
• Proven track record in direct candidate sourcing using appropriate tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns following end-to-end processes and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment workflows.
• Design and deliver attraction strategies across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and use data to influence campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and managers to plan workforce requirements and partner with suppliers.
