Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, delivering direct sourcing across a range of disciplines. This six-month FTC role emphasizes building credibility, candidate engagement, and inclusive hiring practices in the North East of England.

You will design sourcing strategies, analyse recruitment data, develop early careers programmes, and promote an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house or agency environments.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
