Job summary

Hireful Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for a 3 to 4 month temporary contract. You will take immediate ownership of active vacancies and work in a hybrid role at the Peterborough HQ, 2-3 days per week.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders, shaping modern talent acquisition strategies across head office, operational and customer-facing teams, and guide end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a fast, inclusive candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant.
• Immediate availability or short notice period (≤ 1 week).
• Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in a public service or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively map and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to minimise reliance on external agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate assessment, and effective interview processes.
• Manage full-lifecycle vacancies from initial intake and job profiling through to screening, interviewing, and offer execution.
• Ensure an efficient, inclusive, and professional journey for every applicant.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for an urgent 3 to 4-month temporary contractto take immediate ownership of active vacancies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will drive modern talent acquisition strategies across head office, operational, and customer-facing teams.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week in the Peterborough HQand paying circa £45,000 per annum.
