Job summary

hireful is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for an urgent 3 to 4-month temporary contract to take immediate ownership of active vacancies. The role blends strategic partner support with hands-on delivery, working with senior stakeholders across head office, operations and customer-facing teams in a hybrid Peterborough setting.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, map talent, advise managers on market conditions, and lead efficient interview processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant in an in-house environment.
• Immediate availability or short notice period (≤1 week).
• Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for an urgent 3 to 4-month temporary contract to take immediate ownership of active vacancies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will drive modern talent acquisition strategies across head office, operational, and customer-facing teams.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week in the Peterborough HQ and paying circa £45,000 per annum.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant who is ready to step immediately into an in-house environment.

• Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and confident stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a public service, customer-facing environment e.g. retail, local government, policing, education, social care, etc.
